Alubia GARROFON VALENCIANO (PELADILLA)
Variedad de enrame, de ciclo semitardío. Crecimiento rápido y extraordinario vigor, follaje de color verde medio. Vainas anchas y cortas de color verde claro, 3 ó 4 semillas de gran tamaño aplastadas y de color blanco. Se utiliza básicamente como grano seco en la elaboración de paellas.
